DocuMed is licensed per physician (a DocuMed Physician License) per database
DocuMed is also licensed per non-physician (a mid-level care provider like a PA, NP or therapist that documents for the delivery of care) per database
Annual subscription provides complete software updates to all modules
The DocuMed Integration Kit (DMIK) for integrating to other systems is licensed per database
